Adding Multiple Listings
You can add more listings at any time, and you'll always have the option to modify your subscription later on if your listing needs change. To add listings to your account, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Update Your Subscription
- Sign in to your account
- Select Add a Listing from the top navigation menu
- Go to Manage listing(s)
- Select My Listings
- If you have reached the maximum number of listings in your current subscription, you will receive the message highlighted below indicating you must upgrade your subscription:
- Select upgrade your subscription (or Need Another Listing?)
- The next screen will tell you when your subscription expires, how many units you can list, as well as the subscription type (Regular or Featured), cost (what you've already paid), and length. To edit these settings, click Change Subscription to edit these settings.
- Make any desired changes to your current subscription.
Step 2: Submit Your Payment
- Pay the amount due by selecting Pay by credit card.
Note: Should you choose to upgrade or add unit listings during your subscription period, a prorated rate will be calculated based on the remaining days in your subscription.

Step 3: Activate Your New Listing
- When you are finished creating your listing pressed Save & Continue, you must change your new listing from Inactive to Active in order for it display in the housing search:
Please note that it may take up to 2 hours for your listing to appear on the website.
