Adding Multiple Emails


The email address entered during registration becomes your primary email address where account notices and email leads are sent.

Tip: An "email lead" is an email inquiry sent through the contact form on the Housing page from a potential renter.

If you wish to receive email leads at a separate address, or if you would like to carbon copy (CC) or blind carbon copy (BCC), additional email addresses, you can do so by signing into your account and completing the steps below.

Step 1: Verify Your Primary Email Address

  1. Go to Account Settings.
  2. Select Email Addresses from the navigation menu on the left.
  3. If your email address is marked as "Unverified," click Resend verification on the right:

  4. You'll receive a verification email sent to your primary email address. Once you've clicked Verify now in the email, you can then proceed to add another email address to your account.



Can't find the email? If you haven't received the password reset email within 2 minutes, first verify that your email is entered correctly, and then check your spam and junk folders for emails from info@offcampuspartners.com. If you can't locate the email after this, try using your username or any alternate email addresses you may have linked to your account instead. If you still don't receive an email or encounter any other issues, please contact customer support for assistance.

Step 2: Add an Alternate Email Address to Your Account

Once your primary email address is verified, you can choose to add other addresses to your account by selecting + Add a new email:


Enter any additional email addresses where you'd like to receive email leads and click Add:

Check your new added email's inbox for a verification email and select Verify now.


Step 3: Choose Contact Emails

If you'd like your property lead emails to be directed to multiple email addresses, you can customize your contact settings under Email Addresses in Account Settings.

    • Note: Renters will use a contact form to contact you and will not be able to view your email address(es) entered on the Email Addresses page until you reply to an email lead.
  1. Select Set contact emails for all property listings near the bottom of the page:
  2. Choose the email address you'd like to use as your Primary contact email address. In addition to email leads, all account notices, including renewals and password resets, will be sent to this address.
  3. Select any email address(es) you wish to be CCed and/or BCCed from the Email addresses to blind carbon copy & Email addresses to blind carbon copy drop-down menus:

  1. When you're done, click Save.

Email leads will now be delivered to the address(es) of your choice.

    • Note: CCed and BCCed email addresses cannot be entered as the primary email address. Only one contact option can be selected per email address.

Tip: You can also view and manage email leads online by going to Account Settings >> Email Leads.
